The Jam Tree’s Executive Chef, Dominic Taylor’s innovative menus are an homage to his Caribbean roots meeting classic British flavour. The honest take and celebration of his heritage’s food is clear in dishes like the North African ’Chops’ and ‘Curry’ a St Lucian style seafood coconut curry to ‘Mama’s Fried Chicken’ the Jam Tree’s secret recipe southern style chicken. Offering vegan, vegetarian and gluten free diners a unique selection of old and new superfoods on the menu was an important consideration.The new Brunch Menu was created as “food people like to eat”, now serving ‘French Toast’ and ‘Chicken & Waffles’ which have already cemented themselves as firm favourites in Clapham. Featuring Caribbean dishes inspired from the traditional, Ackee and Saltfish cakes, combined with Modern British favourites, Beef Sliders with plantain jam and scotch bonnet mayo: The Jam Tree’s newly launched menus are a treat.
