Breakfast is without a doubt the most important meal of the day and at The Jam Tree we make weekend brunch extra special. Our brunch menu is available on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 4pm and includes a whole host of egg-based breakfasts. Traditionalists will enjoy classics such as Eggs Florentine with buttered spinach and lashings of rich hollandaise and Avocado and Poached Egg on thick cut sourdough toast. The menu also hops across the pond with some American inspired dishes such as the Western campfire side feast – Cowboy Breakfast – the perfect weekend indulgence laden with sticky baby back ribs, mountains of pulled pork, Boston baked beans and potato hash. The internationally inspired egg fest also takes inspiration from North African inspired egg dish Shakshouka which makes a healthy yet hearty morning treat with eggs baked into aromatic tomato onion and peppers and served with a spiced yoghurt.
